Well, as all of you know, Mischievous Kiss aka Playful Kiss aka Naughty Kiss aka THE BEST DRAMA EVER had it's final episode last night..Well, at least on TV....
I know a lot of you, and I include myself, wanted Wednesday to arrive but dreaded Thursday because of the finale...Yes, I was sad. But I wasn't depressed..Well, because we all know that MK will have its Youtube Special yet..And that means, more...
Even though it's only 10 minute per episode, I can't help but get still get excited as we will see more of Hani and Seung Jo's post marriage SWEETNESS on screen than on TV. I am guessing it will be more of the scenes we wished we has seen more on the episodes itself. Like that kiss on the rain...Like that BED SCENE..Like that KISS on the CAR.....
It doesnt end here so stay happy ok? Well, we all know it will eventually end, but dont worry..At least on the positive side, we'll get to see Hyun Joong rest a bit...Right???
But of course, I know what you feel..Wednesday and Thursdays have always been our favorite days ever since MK started...I feel like screaming every time Wednesday comes..Especially after that KISS on the RAIN....
I will never forget how I laughed and cried every episode.I will never forget how I ranted about my frustration on the ratings...How I get depressed actually(kekeke)..I will never forget how many sleepless nights I had waiting for screencaps to come. I will never forget how I loved every BTS fancam..Seeing Hyun Joong's sleepy face..Endless YAWN...(LOL)Seeing him laugh hard on set..Knowing how he is doing just makes me smile..
I will miss the time when we all had different opinions on Baek Seung Joo's new hair.Hating Hae Ra..Crying for Hani...Loving Baek Eun Joo...Loving the mom...
I will miss seeing how Hyunnie and Jung So Min developed such great rapport on and off screen...And the fancams are the proof...If you have followed me from the very beginning, I guess you may have noticed it already..The biggest thing this drama made for me is the fact that I really really, AS IN REALLY REALLY loved MINJOONG at the process...Jung So Min was ok for me at the beginning..But as the series went on, I began to like her..and love her..Cause I know Hyunnie like her too. Well, I am not sure romantically of course..I am talking about the FRIENDSHIP....kekeke
I have never expected that I will like Hyun Joong with So Min..I am deeply Hyun Joong OBSESSED..To the point that I dont want to hear him being linked to any woman..But with this drama? I can say..I WILL NEVER IMAGINE HYUN JOONG WITH ANY OTHER WOMAN OTHER THAN JUNG SO MIN...
Well, of course, that is what I feel... I dont know if it really happens , I could still say that...kekekee

And oh by the way, I have never hated UMBRELLAS and Walls and CANDLES since I watched MK..LOL!!!
Kathy, I LOVE LOVE LOVE the MBC's last episode of PLAYFUL KISS, it is such a feel good and happy ending for everyone...It doesn't make me feel sad. They are really teasing us a lot to see more of the extra/special edition episodes. They didn't want us to see the kiss upclose too long hmmm...such a tease. I loved that SeungJo actually registered their wedding to the surprise of Mom and HaNi. I really laughed out loud in that scene. But I liked that JoonGu is now allowing Cristine to come into his life not only because of HaNi but because he likes and sort of fills an empty void in him. He is still at a stage of liking but sweeter than SJ is ^_^ I liked that Tennis sunbae called HR. HR is actually thinking of sunbae when she visited that hotdog shop hehehe and nice that she has really moved on when they showed that she visited sunbae at the camp. I loved that red car. So sweet that they also saved JR and gave her a lovelife to look forward to. A mystery guy for MA with a good career as a cartoonist. EJ growing up to be another SJ, this is hilarious and so cute! The parents enjoyed watching their children growing up. I loved that Playful Kiss showed that HaNi is really destined to be a nurse after she saved a woman from death in a collision, instead of just wanting to be a nurse because of SJ is going to be a doctor. When she said that she even forgot about a date with SeungJo it is just her destiny to help also other people in those situations. SeungJo proves again to be a very supportive husband and great lover but makes us crave for more of these scenes in the end, really such a tease. hmmmm more kisses please...ONE MORE TIME! ONE MORE TIME! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE PLAYFUL KISS! agnes

PK elevated my drama-viewing enjoyment to another level because I watched it w/ my "green chingus" at the same time online!!! Can't believe it's over...my sleepless nights waiting for the RAW episodes, lurking every hour @ soompi, watching those wonderful YT BTS & fan-cams,reading the latest recaps from ockoala & kathy's bench blogs...it was a roller coaster ride...but it was the most FUN I've had in all mt years as a KDrama addict..& I loved every minute of it!!!

I only find the umbrella, candles, the walls and the distance of the camera, the sounds or back of the car shots for those kisses as teasers because it makes you want to see more, thus somehow they put those to block a little of the view...perhaps some viewers may say ya, ya, ya, hey, hey, hey, what the...stop, no blocking...this is my opinion because if we could see everything there is less thrill or excitement already...these are techniques in shooting which a lot of movies actually use, some use scattered clothes, ceiling fans, lampshades...etc

Overall I love that technology also improves the cinematic effect these days. Almost all movies and dramas are in HD and some are even in 3D. The HD effect makes it even more appealing to watch, it was so evident in the kiss in the rain wherein you can really see the raindrops so clearly which added to the intensity and romantic mood of the scene. You can really tell the difference of the quality from those other versions which are not HD. If ever the DVD comes, we can all watch it in a high definition LED TV and enjoy its quality even more.
ReplyDeletePlayful Kiss has so many sponsors, especially for cars and apparel...SeungJo and the Baek family is lucky to drive a BMW and the latest car I think is a Bentley under the Rolls Royce group as the logo has wings with a circle in between. I love all the clothes of HaNi especially the red trench coat in EP5 which she wore at the musical, that coat she wore in the kiss in the rain scene, the red blazer jacket in EP15 that she wore in Jeju Island, the peach jacket in her interview in EP 16 and the brown suede coat in EP16 with the black dress the last one she wore for her date with SeungJo. hehehe I want to have one of those hehehe SuengJo since we know is a big endorser. All the brands seem to want to be in the drama, MVI0, K-Swiss & Fred Perry to name a few. Playful Kiss is so elegant because of these...^_^
