'Naughty Kiss', which ended last October, was a total failure viewers rating-wise. Even though it recorded 8 million viewers for YouTube special version, TV version ended quietly.


Compare to the careful question, Kim Hyun-joong's answer was cool. “Everybody near me asked that I was okay, but I was really okay. I was because it wasn't the worst viewers rated drama. I told people that all I have to do is go up now.”


Kim Hyun-joong confessed that he also learned responsibility as an actor from this drama. “I learned how hard it was to lead a drama by oneself. I don't regret my work since I did my best. I love to have high viewers rating but I don't cling to it. I rather try to do a drama that I can proudly show to my son/daughter later in my life. 'Naughty Kiss' will be one of them.”


He also revealed his thoughts about classic mellow or action drama/movie. “Yoon Ji-ho from 'Boys over Flowers' or Baek Seung-jo from 'Naughty Kiss' are totally different character from me. Their lines are so cheesy. I think they were cheesy because those two dramas were school-based dramas. I want to do some other types of character for next drama. Someone who likes to yell and full of testosterone.”

CNN iList Korea Special (airing on 6th-12th) with anchor Anna Coren has met with the UN Secretary Ban Ki Moon and the leaders of the Hallyu Wave Super Junior and Kim Hyun Joong.

With the upcoming G20 2010 Summit to be held in Seoul on the 11th, Anna Coren had the opportunity to interview UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon on the 6th and talked a lot about Korea.

As the special versions (episodes) of 'Naughty Kiss' is broadcasted via YouTube, many people around the world are going crazy (in a positive way).


CNN's main anchor, Anna Coren will interview Kim Hyun-joong, 'Naughty Kiss' production company's CEO Song Byeong-joon, and Google Korea Seo Hwang-wook on 7th.


She will ask Kim Hyun-joong about the secret of the fame of 'Naughty Kiss', his acting with Jeong So-min and the episodes.


The reason why CNN is so interested in 'Naughty Kiss', is because of the fact that the special version reached 520,000 viewers in 2 days.


Until the 5th, viewers of 'Naughty Kiss' of 1st episode are 768,591, 2nd episode are 438,178. Total channel viewers are 1,756,175.

I was thinking of making a recap but hesitated..haha..Feel like my RECAP is SOO UNCONSTRUCTIVE that's why..

The online version of MBC's latest drama "Naughty Kiss" being aired on YouTube is proving to be popular amongst both local and international fans.

According to a press release from the show's promoter Group 8, the first episode of the YouTube version of "Naughty Kiss," which was uploaded on Tuesday, received over 520,000 hits.

The show was also viewed by people from all over the world including Asia, North America, Europe, Africa, China and Japan, who have left over a total 3,400 comments underneath, the most number of remarks a video in the entertainment category to receive.

The online episodes show the married life of Baek Sung-jo (played by Kim Hyun-joong) and Oh Hani (played by Jung So-min).

The show also features English, Chinese, Japanese and Spanish subtitles provided by online community (www.viikii.net).

Fans who have seen the series online left comments saying, "Yaaay~Thank you for the subtitles!" "This show is too cute! This episode reminds me of when my hubby and I first got together..."

"The numerous hits and favorable reviews from fans for the drama shows that Korean content can compete in the global market," Group 8 CEO Song Byung-joon was quoted as saying, adding that it is effective to see the different responses from the international fans.

“Naughty Kiss” (MBC) which finished its run last month had been sold to 12 countries before going on air and a total 11 countries in Asia including Japan, Thailand and Hong Kong.

YouTube version of "Naughty Kiss" will air every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and feature seven ten-minute long episodes for three weeks.

Kissers...It's still not the end..WE ARE JUST GETTING STARTED

Well, as all of you know, Mischievous Kiss aka Playful Kiss aka Naughty Kiss aka THE BEST DRAMA EVER had it's final episode last night..Well, at least on TV....

I know a lot of you, and I include myself, wanted Wednesday to arrive but dreaded Thursday because of the finale...Yes, I was sad. But I wasn't depressed..Well, because we all know that MK will have its Youtube Special yet..And that means, more...

Even though it's only 10 minute per episode, I can't help but get still get excited as we will see more of Hani and Seung Jo's post marriage SWEETNESS on screen than on TV. I am guessing it will be more of the scenes we wished we has seen more on the episodes itself. Like that kiss on the rain...Like that BED SCENE..Like that KISS on the CAR.....

It doesnt end here so stay happy ok? Well, we all know it will eventually end, but dont worry..At least on the positive side, we'll get to see Hyun Joong rest a bit...Right???

But of course, I know what you feel..Wednesday and Thursdays have always been our favorite days ever since MK started...I feel like screaming every time Wednesday comes..Especially after that KISS on the RAIN....

I will never forget how I laughed and cried every episode.I will never forget how I ranted about my frustration on the ratings...How I get depressed actually(kekeke)..I will never forget how many sleepless nights I had waiting for screencaps to come. I will miss the time when we all had different opinions on Baek Seung Joo's new hair.Hating Hae Ra..Crying for Hani...Loving Baek Eun Joo...Loving the mom...

I will miss seeing how Hyunnie and Jung So Min developed such great rapport on and off screen...And the fancams are the proof...If you have followed me from the very beginning, I guess you may have noticed it already..The biggest thing this drama made for me is the fact that I really really, AS IN REALLY REALLY loved MINJOONG at the process...Jung So Min was ok for me at the beginning..But as the series went on, I began to like her..and love her..Cause I know Hyunnie like her too. Well, I am not sure romantically of course..I am talking about the FRIENDSHIP....kekeke

I have never expected that I will like Hyun Joong with So Min..I am deeply Hyun Joong OBSESSED..To the point that I dont want to hear him being linked to any woman..But with this drama? I can say..I WILL NEVER IMAGINE HYUN JOONG WITH ANY OTHER WOMAN OTHER THAN JUNG SO MIN...

Well, of course, that is what I feel... I dont know if it really happens , I could still say that...kekekee

Hot Tracks has signed on an individual contract with iMBC to release the 2011 Calendar of [Playful Kiss] in commemoration of its upcoming ending of the TV drama on 21st October where fans will be sad over that. [Playful Kiss] consists of protagonists Kim Hyunjoong, Jung Somin etc and is adapted from an original Japanese manga and refreshingly stars across young stars.
