What I felt when Leader left DSP

I have to admit. When Leader left DSP, I cried. REALLY HARD. I know I am not alone. Since many of my TS friends did too. As you all know, I am a Hyun Joong super fan. But because he is SS501's leader, I have loved the group as well, because I know he loved it too.So when he left DSP, I was super sad. I began to ask myself, "Why Leader?What made you decide?What will happen to SS501?" Don't get me wrong. That is never doubting. I cried because I feared the future. I feared every single bashing Leader would get. Cause he got hurt really bas before. Remember the President thing?

I have felt before that his meeting with Bae Yoon Joong the first time before was for something. But I never made a big deal out of it since we don't want to entertain those rumors at that time. But after Leader came here at Manila, he met with BYJ again. That was the time I really felt, it is REALLY SOMETHING. 

The week the news came out, I have never gotten over the fact that Leader was just here and saw him face to face. I am crying since I missed him a lot. And then days after, the news came out. And continuous shedding of tears clouded my eyes. 

I did not open my laptop for days. Cause I don't want to see any comments I am not prepared to see. Finally, after days, I opened my laptop.To my expectations, many hated him. Many said bad things about him. "Plastic" "Betrayer". A lot of bad things. I cried more.

What made me become the positive person right now? One reason. I chose to BELIEVE. I know it is vague, right? But it is the only reason I can give you. I believe that Leader has his own reasons of leaving. I believe that it was hard for him to leave DSP, but he had to make a decision. I believe Jung Min, Hyung Joon, Young Saeng and Kyu Jong believed in each other. And I believe that THEY WILL NOT DISBAND. THEY WILL PURSUE SOLO CAREERS. 

I love Leader so much. Before I became a TripleS, I am a Kim Hyun Joong fan. And I choose to be that person forever. I will support him forever. I will support his SS501 members forever, cause I know that he loves the group the way he loved his fans so much. Forever and Ever.

Kim HyunJoong and Park JungMin solo activities

With the expiration of contract with their previous company, there has been some curiosity on popular group SS501’s future direction when leader Kim HyunJoong signed to another contract by himself.

Firstly, in early June, Kim HyunJoong signed with Bae YongJoon’s management company Key East, and it was known that Park JungMin also signed with a new company on his own. There is a chance that Heo YoungSaeng, Kim KyuJong and Kim HyungJun wh0 had their activities as a unit nicknamed as ‘SS301’ in 2008, will group together to continue their activities as singers. 


According to associates of SS501, Park JungMin who has been very interested in acting, is searching for a new entertainment management company who will manage over him. However, in order to have group activities instead of going solo, Heo YoungSaeng, Kim KyuJong and Kim HyungJun are looking for new management company.

Being called SS301, Heo YoungSaeng, Kim KyuJong and Kim HyungJun, is currently a target for top music management companies in the FA (Free Agent) industry to scout them in. Even though they have received proposals for contracts worth a large amount of money from some management companies, but instead they are looking for a reliable management company whom they can trust. One close friend of the member said “Even though money (for contract) is no doubt an important factor, the members are trying to select one with a high capacity and whom they are able to trust completely.”

If SS501’s members sign with different new management companies on their own, it would be difficult for them to have activities as SS501 for the time being. However, since there is no disharmony between the members and that all of them want SS501 to continue on, it would seem that the group will not be disband. Especially that SS501 is currently very popular in Taiwan, therefore there is possibility that they will come back together soon to do promotional activities in overseas. 


Meanwhile, SS501’s future direction as ‘1+1+3’ is a similar model as idol group H.O.T’s path when they disbanded, has gathered attention. H.O.T disband in 2001, Moon HeeJun and Kangta became solo singers while Jang WooHyuk, Tony An and Lee JaeWon continued by forming a group called jtL.

'Little Yonsama' Kim Hyun Joong will be starting his official Japan activities in Bae Yong Joon's footsteps.

He will be carrying out promotional events for drama 'Boys over Flowers' for the first time after his recruitment into new agency Keyeast. Promotional events will be on the 18 August at Osaka Grand Cube and 21 August at Tokyo International Forum, with 2 sessions held for each event, and so a total of 4 sessions will be held.

SS501 who has had visited Japan just 4 months ago for the Saitama Concert at Super Arena, and the 'Boys over Flowers' premium event that was held 9 months ago, Kim Hyun Joong will soon be visiting Japan again, but this time -- for his personal work schedule.

Kim Hyun Joong who newly moved into Bae Yong Jun's agency company Keyeast just last month had been receiving hot attention for his affirmed potential in rising to a Hanryu star. However analyses about Kim Hyun Joong's popularity already surpassing that of Song Seung Heon and So Ji Sub's surfaces itself as well.

Keyeast personnel expressed, "Though it's true that Bae Yong Jun's fanbase has had expanded to Kim Hyun Joong too, we don't know how wide the scale is. That's why this time's Japan journey will be an important gauge for us for his future promotion activities."

Keyeast's affiliated company, Japan cable channel DATV broadcasted Episode 1 of 'Kim Hyun Joong's Everything' special programme on 27 July, this programme will be scheduled for series broadcast, and this is targeted to boost Hyun Joong's hanryu popularity further.


In addition, Hyun Joong will be making a visit to 'Boys over Flowers' Shizuoka prefecture shooting site along with fans on August 19-20 during his journey in Japan next month. And of course not forgetting 2 sessions of his fanmeeting on October 11 at Tokyo's JCB Hall in commemoration of his 1st Japanese DVD and Photobook 'The 1st Love Story' release.

On the other hand, Kim Hyun Joong has begun his emittance behind Bae Yong Joon where he's been recently selected to be the new ambassador for cosmetic brand The Face Shop.

OMG. I just cried watching this video. I have seen this video before but I only got the chance to see it again today and OMG. I feel really sad for Hyun Joong watching this. This shows just how much he loved her pre-debut girlfriend. I imagine just how hard it is for him to let her go just for him to become what he is right now. This was way back 2006, I think, and no one could ever tell if he still has feelings for her, because according to Hyun Joong, he felt it was LOVE. As we all know, he always said that he doesn't like to be showy in showing his affections, but look at him here. You can see how much he loved HER.

Well, whatever it is, we all know that the sacrifice payed off since he is definitely a world star right now. Hyun Joong oppa, I wish always the best for you! Life, Career, and Love. Boys Over Flowers was long time finished but I was only able to see just now new videos of Hyun Joong's Behind the scenes just now. Aww! He looks so cute in here. He is neither busy nor bored but in his 4D moment again during BOF's shoot. Aww! So cute!!

The Benefits of "Fangirling"

Not so much Hyun Joong news this day so I decided to repost this which I made before.

So, I am a certified Fangirl...Honestly,?If you go through any means just to buy the album of your favorite group(which, in my case, is SS501), searching everyday to the net about the latest news on them,watching videos of them through youtube, or even listening to their songs number of times every day,wouldn't that qualify you as a fangirl?I would say...YES!!!

But to be honest,I wasn't quite sure why am I here.I mean,there has to be some purposes for everything right?Dont get me wrong.I love what I do.Its just that,you know when sometimes,some people ask you why are you so preoccupied with these things and so on...

That is why I am so grateful when a friend of my friend asked me to answer questions for thesis.It's about the effect of Boys Over Flowers on its viewers. As an addict(which I am prpud to say),I had to answer different set of questions,which are really long by the way.However, there were two questions that struck me.

First: What are the benefits of BOF in your life?

Honestly,that really made me think..I was like..."WOW.Where did it really take me."It wasn't really hard answering the question.What is my answer? FRIENDS... Of all the things that BOF gave me, I guess having new friends is the one of the best. Because of BOF, I searched on through Kim Hyun Joong,then lead to SS501,then..TripleS Philippines and then...THE REST IS HISTORY...
Second, since I met my TripleS sisters, I became more open about my likes and dislikes because I havent been ashamed of what I like and who I hate since then.Honestly, before joining TripleS fanclub,I am really ashamed to let people know of my biases..My fondness of Korean Series and Stuffs..But now...I have never been vocal about my addiction!!!

Second: What is the purpose of BOF in your Life?

Now this was harder..Honestly??????If it were you,how will you answer it..?It was really difficult to begin with.HAHA..But still,I managed to answer it,whole heartedly...BOF's purpose in my life was to broaden my horizons,first and foremost.I have always been limited to myself.But I believe that because of BOF,wow,can you believe I managed to have all the benefits I stated above...???



Why am I blogging this?Simple...Some People think that fangirls do nothing than being fangirls..We save pictures.We buy albums.We sing korean songs.We scream our hearts out.PERIOD.But if you are a fangirl,you would feel the same way I do right?Yes...We scream our hearts out...But it's more than that.Its knowing what you really are,and having many people by your side in return.
