The title is I LOVE YOU or Noreul Saranghae by Han Dong Joon. The first time I heard of it was at Lee Dong Gun's and Han Jo Hye's Sweet 18 series, and especially on COFFEE PRINCE. If you are a fan of that series, you'll know why I love this song so much! It is definitely one of the sweetest Korean songs ever!!
