Seems like a korean fan has called up Group Eight about the YT version for PK
and a chinese fan has shared this on the k-drama site in china,
which S2rene has kindly uploaded the screencap on her TWITTER

One of Kim Hyun Joong's Korean fans has called up Group Eight (G8)
and here's the subsequent account:

Said G8 has been studying the comments to understand the fans' thoughts and stuff 
on PK's official site and also on Hyun Joong's fansites.
The online spin-off will be in episodes of 10 minutes each,
and each episode is its own story.
Will be based mainly from the perspective of Ha Ni as a nurse,
and Seung Jo's doctor role as the supporting storyline,
and the couple's love/emo scenes will be interwoven thus.

Now Hyun Joong's Korean fan/s complained about wanting to see Seung Jo's growth and maturity,
his existence in the spin-off better not be just for the love scenes with the female lead.

well, as we all know, filming for the YT version started yesterday (27th, Wed)
and a korean fan(?) was lucky enough to be on the set and shared the following info,
which was then further shared and translated into chinese on HYUNBAR

Seems like this pic was taken/shared on the korean version of Twitter by said fan(?)
sometime just before 4pm KST yesterday.
He/She confirmed that both wuri hyun joong and JSM were present at the filming;
unfortunately they weren't captured in the pic below.
(looks like the CPR bedroom...? more CPR...? keke!)
