i read a comment of a fan saying that if we pre-order the sales will not be counted in the music chart as it was sold before he started his promotion...is it true???...hope it is not...i mean the higher the pre-order is the more it shows how famous he is n how much the fans are anticipating his comeback right...??? hope i can know futher about this info...anyone who can clear my doubt please tell me...!!!
