The time for Kim Hyun Joong's  comeback time is getting closer. This coming May, this leader of SS501 will release his 1st solo album. Since moving from DSP and joined KE, fans already eagerly awaits his new music career.

According representative from KE management, his popularity is rocketting after leaving DSP, makes him receive lots of songs which he should choose 5 among 100 songs!! for the album.

Release in the full album format

about the album format, they not making the album in the single digital format for HJ but full album. This showing his seriousness on his solo career that will debut soon.

"now days we are in the final step of album production. He will sing various genre of music, since this is the 1st time he is on his own" explain the KE representative. This means that KHJ will be the last person in his group to show up on the stage as solo. 1st is PJM with Not Alone, than YS will be in this Feb, Joon will be on March in Japan, and Kyu will start in acting.

Already recording?

HJ's comeback is not only be waited by the fans but also by Korean Media. Therefore, end of last year Media oftenly inform the date of comeback without confirmation to his management. Finally its answered by KE who stated that Hyun Joong will comeback on music by next May.

" KHJ's album on scheduled release in May, a bit too early anounce this that he ready to comeback. Infact we are still discussing about concept and choosing the songs for the album. He also recording those songs" explain the KE representative last Feb 7, 2011. This info is different from other sources saying that the recording are finished and now just about to choose the songs. ... CEO's KE also explain that HJ will not be involved in any activities until his solo comeback is done, " He will not be doing shooting or participate in other activities until the album done. He will focus on his solo debut" said CEO.

Expecting the un-usual role

interview with Acteur Japan Megazine.. " year 2010 is a meaningful year for me. Not just only because of being as main actor on PK, I also have a lot of opportunities to appear on some countries. I only have little time being in Korea, I am very busy in Japan, and its gives me headache (laughing). While I am busy, I try to enjoy as much as possible. This I believe will help me express all my capability for my work" he said.

in between the interview, he was doing little singing to relax himself. When asked about what his wish for 2011, he said "I want to release 2 solo albums and do 1 more acting. In the future i want to provide concert for all my fans in Asia."

He also mentioned wants to have a chance to do acting on "unusual" role such naughty/ bad guy. "I want to state my self as solo singer. For acting, I want to be a bad guy, or take role that shows a different me" he explains.

While preparing his debut, HJ also does photo shoots for magazines and start modeling for HangTen Korea.

Playful Kiss Promo in Japan

This coming March 13, HJ will greet and meet the Japan fans. The event title "Playful Kiss Premium Talk &Life" will be showing  the last episode of PK. The ticket started selling on line last Jan. And the 2nd open sale started last Feb 5-11 in Japan. Beside HJ, JSM and LTS will be joining in this event.  To be able watch this event at NHK hall, fans should pay 9800yen.
