Since we lost in Yahoo Buzz Poll due to some fanclubs using AUTOCLICK software just to see their idols get millions of votes in two days, the fight is not over yet, the trophies are not handed in, so we must show our collective strength again by using our time and efforts to increase searches for Kim Hyun Joong. ReplyDeleteThe same thing has happened in 2009 to the National Hockey League Ballot Box in Canada when several athletes received unusual high votes from their Montreal fans.The sponsor decided to weed out the so called fraudulent votes ,still the votes were for some athletes unusually high ,then they declared the votes were now ok .Still, winning of the few athletes were questionable.
ReplyDeleteI suggest if the action of Yahoo is weak for this Buzz award , the next level of action should be a campaign for that nominee to refuse his award out of sense of decency .
This is the only way respect and dignity will be restored for the award,and for said actor.
Winning today is not the only thing ,these young actors have a long stretch to go...they must stand on moral grounds as well.
This will also teach the fans who committed these cyber crime -that their efforts have all gone to waste and instead of helping their idol win they are causing him to lose face .
If this is allowed to pass ,these fans will do it again and again. Can we allow these people to insult all our honest efforts ?
Anon 12:52- I agree with you 100%! I have been reading that some fans think we should just let it go but how can we let this kind of thing go? If there are no consequences then this kind of cheating will continue and become worse as others will see there is no action taken and will use it too. It must be stopped now.

Kathy gives credit from where she gets the information. Go to the sites she credited and ask to be given credit there or for them to change it. Would you rather none of us knew about it or would you rather we know so we can help out? I really do not understand some people.

ReplyDeleteidk why these fanclubs are fighting over some silly poll. ok so hyun joong lost, get over it. there's always next year. i never saw any instructions online about how to do "auto-clicking" or whatever you're claiming us EELS did, and even if i had i wouldn't have done it because that's not fair. if you can prove to me that eels were in fact doing that then well...i feel sorry to you for their unfairness. but is it that hard to believe that jang keun suk has so many fans around the world that he could get that many votes in a "short" time span?
ReplyDeleteYou are called EELS? Go to Hyunniepexers blog and you will see the proof. It's not about losing. If we lost in a fair and untainted vote then there would be no problem but that is not what happened.

i've experienced so many times, last Nov 27 and 28....everytime i clicked HJ pics, it was blocked right away.....i thought it's my computer problems...and i read some complains same as mine.......is it just a coincedence??
it happened only on HJ's pic...the other pic i tried it goes w/o any problems....
we only want is fair play, that's it....we will accept if we really lost this poll.....but if it is not, and we lost cause we are cheated it is another case...
hope this issues will stop as soon as possible....those guilty will pay their crimes...

it might be possible. BUT the number of votes kept on changing last monday(november 29). it kept on fluctuating every five minutes. that's already an indication that there's something wrong with yahoo thus making the poll questionable. and there were many KHJ fans who weren't able to vote last weekend because the site wasn't functioning well whenever they vote for KHJ. that's the point here.
we're not after the prize or honor of khj being number 1. we just want honesty and fairness.
personally, i don't dislike other korean artists and i just want to support my idol. i don't want any fanwars. but i believe that if you notice that other people are doing the wrong thing, you should reprimand or report them. that way, they'll realize their mistakes and things like this will never happen again. :D

Each and everyone of us wants our biases to win but we should take into consideration that "cheating" (if proven) doesn't do good for them.And FANWAR is no good..we will only be tarnishing their names instead of putting them in pedestals..

i realize that there clearly was something going on. i never ersonally saw the vote totals go up and down, but there were many times that weekend i wasn't able to vote either. whether it was cause the site was so overloaded it just wouldn't load, or it just wouldn't let me when i tried voting on JGS. just saying, the problems caused by that groups of dishonest fans' cheating weren't just effecting HJ fans. i hope yahoo sorts this out and gives the award to who ever actually won, regardless of who it was.
