This news just made my heart drop. I am really sad and depressed about this news because
1. their tour will be cancelled and 2. because he is not feeling well (i really hope he gets better soon)

It's a major and difficult decision to make for HJ and Keyeast. Must be thought carefully before they decided to inform the Taiwan TV Station Videoland that they can't come. Bearing in mind of the very much aniticipated event for the fans in Taiwan and all the hard work in making all the media arrangement. Just imagine the dissapointment and worst of all is HJ is sick!

I hope instead of totally canceling, they find a way to postpone the promotion. I wonder what Min Min thinks?
ReplyDeleteIn 2009 ,a very concerned fan wrote about KHJ health woes describing him as a a slow moving train wreck . The article described how KHJ ignored his sleeping hours ,eating properly ,his body injuries and went from one activity to another (WGM,BOF,CF's, concerts ,etc) . He had been hospitalized due to those injuries including a so called sleeping pills overdose and depression over his grandmother's illness.Because his immune system has been compromised he caught HINI and had to be hospitalized in Japan . There was also one illness that cancelled his Thailand tour .
ReplyDeleteLast May ,he had another almost fatal mishap and who knows if he really healed well -he went on to push his body to do the recording for Destination .
Now he did it again ,PK,Japan BoF ,Japan,China, Japan ,Hongkong . Then he had CF's in between . I am one of those who thought he should n't go to Hongkong . But then he is the master of his body -or so he thinks.
I do not know , What HJ is thinking of in going through all these activities in a seeming rush -high public visibility ,higher pay,more awards ? Only he can say .
I used to blame his management company in overworking him...But now he has changed company and he goes to that same pattern again -he's got only himself to be blamed .He has to learn how to accept his limitations . I am really so worried about this young man .
So worried ,I hope he knows what he is doing to himself before it is too late .
So sas to hear this news. Instead of totally cancelling to Taiwan I think it will be postponed.

I am quiet sorry for PK fans at Taiwan too. I think PK fan meeting tickets selling rating did create the history of the speed.

I doubt keyeast, don't let hj talk about JSM in his recent interviews and now couple PK fan meeting cancelled in 5 days ahead, and gift to TW fans from their own pocket, keyeast i wish that is not make up story, Ok.
WOW---- the more I think about it the more I doubt the situation.
Due to KHJ sickness only true reason of cancelling there I am worry for him so much as he is one of my Korea idols.
The sleeping pills overdose was what got me very very worried about him and how he manages himself. I follow Super Junior as well and found the same pattern in Leeteuk, however, in his case I have a feeling SM is to blame, even if it's partially.
ReplyDeleteWhat made me believe in Keyeast was that Hyunjoong looked extremely happy doing his job and even said that being busy wasn't bad for him because he was doing what he liked. But now I'm worried again, because I think the pressure of being the next Hallyu star and the next BYJ is really taking a toll on him. Instead of resting for a bit, he is jumping from place to place, and yes he is proving his worth, but I hope he is not trading it with his health.
We are only his fans and have no right to call his personal decisions wrong, but I hope he gives himself a break. I'm younger than him, yes,but I know one thing for sure: what you do in your youth serves as a template for your future. I hope he has no permanent health issues and rests at least little before each schedule.

ReplyDeleteJust read some Taiwan PK fan forum. The Taiwanese fans are extremely upset and very disappointed about the cancellation of the fan meeting.
ReplyDeleteThen they were discussing that it's not HJ being sick but it could be that Keyeast and the Taiwan side may have some disagreement in the media arrangements. They have reason to support this because HJ has already mentioned about his PK promo trip meaning he is prepared to go.
SO HJ may not be that sick at all.
Well, doesn't it seem very clear that if Keyeast may be preventing a trip for HJ with SM, then there IS something going on between the 2 of them that is being keep very secretive and sensitively low key for the both of them. :)

We all noticed that after PK all KHJ's interviews did not allow to talk about JSM, also interviewer had been told not mentioned his costar name and quiestions him. Those things control by aggressive keyeast. So tough to for what. They have to respect PK fans, come on guys take a easy. Jung So Min is new actress and such a little cute girl.
I desperately want to know that how JSM coping with this situation like that due to it will be her 1st oversea fan meeting after PK. I am so sad and feel so bad for her. The cancelling this is hurt deeply PK fans in so many different ways. Please be honest keyeast.
I want to know what is worng with keyeast.
My query now is PK promotion events will not be only Taiwan, has to be keep going for other oversea countries as the drama had been sold.
It will be very interseting that what will be next reason form keyest to cancell the PK upcoming events.
I means if khj is not sick now and make up story for cancelling. If he is really sick now I wish deely that getting well soon.
I hope HJ feels bad and spoke to SM by phone to apologize on behalf of Keyeast.
ReplyDeleteFor the sake of his career he may have to really hide things, but what if when he is ready for a relationship later like at his 30s he can't find anyone like JSM anymore?
See his boss BYJ? 38 yrs old still no galfriend and can't get married.
Yes, HJ is still very young at only 24 and can't expect him to commit a serious relationship yet but fate is like once you miss it, it will be gone forever and by then you will regret it.
We all don't know what's happening behind closed doors but if KHJ is really sick and can't attend the scheduled event, Keyeast and the event organizer have to consider when is the best time to reveal the cancellation. They have to give fans not living in TW advanced notice (at least 1 week) so that they can assess their travel arrangements. So canceling 5 days prior to an event is not all that unusual to me. If KHJ is sick, I hope and pray for a speedy recovery.

i have a tingly feeling that KHJ might not be sick.I mean if he's sick, sure i'm hoping that he should rest and regenerate himself..but cancelling the PK promo at this very last minute just 4 days away doesn't make sense at all.If rest is all Keyeast wants for KHJ,within these week should be enough 4 KHJ. Please don't get the wrong idea..i'm not blaming KHJ but Keyeast for handling this unprofessionally. If there's no choice but to cancel it,at least they need to assure the TW fans that KHJ and JSM will be back in TW soon for the promo instead of just giving out keychains? duh they buy FM tickets not to just get keychains but to see the the actors themselves right? ok i think they do at least need to give out keychains and autographed posters..after all they paid for the FM.Plus..JSM should be a concern to Keyeast coz they surely isn't showing respect to her..just like what some of you have said about HJ not allowed to mention bout his co-star. MBC and Group 8 should also have a say in this coz this is also another way of promoting PK. Lee Min Ho and Goo Hye Sun both are busy actors too. i don't see how his management forbid him from participating in ths BOF promo in TW. Keyeast should really work on how they organize things.

After I read key east massage about khj sick today and I understand quiet well that he is not that sick at all and he needs to rest (I am glad now he is not seriously sick). Only 2days trip for Taiwan fan meeting he could get enough rest after backed from HK, before 26, Dec.
I feel so sad for Jung So Min. I will not balme to kjh because we all know some management agencies are treat badly to idols. Behind the screen we don't know what khj need to deal with key east.
For me I wish Jung So Min become A list actress in Korea, ASAP. At that time I want to see how key east will respond to her.
btw, it appears to me that only JSM who recored a video for the PK TW promo? i think JSM is really looking forward to visiting TW and meet her fans and i think it's gonna be her 1st time in TW? now this happen..i feel sorry for her. i hope KHJ will record a video or something for the fans and also apologize to JSM. She's such a nice decent girl. :)
ReplyDeleteAfter all the news and official notice, I still think that they treat Taiwan's fan meeting of only 250 plus fans as a small event that can be passed.
ReplyDeleteAs HJ want to rest and enjoy his Christmas Day. I think he would feel very tiresome to have to rush to the airport so early in the morning right after a Christmas party that usually end into the early morning hours.
This I think is the fault of the Taiwan side, why arrange such a small selected group of fans? If it's a big venue with 2 thousand fans, I think Keyeast would think twice and HJ would also not let it pass.
That's why many sad Taiwan fans think that Keyeast are treating the Taiwan market as not so important as Japan. Actually, Taiwan has a very interesting media industry, they have many TV stations, newspapers and magazines. If they went ahead with the promo trip, they will be very vastly covered by the media there, that will be excellent publicity for themselves as well as PK!
As for MinMin, I think it's also not her decision for not going, it's all the managements' decision like Keyeast. Also I think she wont want to go alone without HJ. Actually I know that many Taiwanese fans love to meet her very much.
Just find this cancellation of the promo trip shocking and unpleasant. I think HJ's health issue is a lame excuse. Sure his health is important but to cancel a promo trip like this is very unprofessional and unheard of. What would Group 8 and MBC that produced PK think of this?
Finally,I feel very sorry for those Taiwanese fans, many of them have already planned their leave and booked accommodations in Taipei as they have to travel from other cities. Can you imagine how they scrambled for the tickets and when they got it, now it's not going to happen. It's so very frustrating and depressingly sad.
So upset with this sudden cancellation and it's not even a postponement. I was SO looking forward and counting the days to 26/12 just to see them together. I was so excited and happy about it and can't wait for the day's news update, now it's all over.
